Production materials for "Künstlerblut" and its English adaptation, "The love-cure." Vocal scores include a German edition by Weinberger (Leipzig, 1906), all copies containing handwritten English translation, and an English edition by Schirmer (New York, 1909). Orchestra parts include two holograph violin parts (I & II), also published by Weinberger, each containing additional manuscript music, and three sets of Waltzes from "The love cure," published by Emil Ascher (New York, c1909 by G. Schirmer). Chorus parts, in English are holograph. The three German promptbooks are holographs published by Weinberger : two are designated "Soufflirbüch" and the third is a stage manager's guide ("Mise en scène") for a performance at the Carl-Theaters, Vienna (?), 20th October, 1906. The English promptbooks are typescript; each act is bound separately for copy 2, and Act II is lacking. Dialogue parts are also typescript and in English and represent three (?) sets. Accompanying material consists of three typescript mimeo Property Plots. Many items in the collection bear the ownership stamp of Henry W. Savage. These include all of the Weinberger vocal scores, the two Weinberger orchestra parts, the incomplete English promptbook, and one set of dialogue parts.
